When you give your mobile phone number to our staff during a business interaction (such as a service request, appointment, account matter, or delivery scheduling) and agree to receive text messages, we collect your mobile number, a record of your consent (the date, the time, and the staff member who recorded it), and the text messages exchanged with you.
How we use your information
We use your mobile number only to send you text messages related to your business relationship with us: responses to your inquiries, service and appointment confirmations, account and security notifications, and delivery and scheduling updates. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
How we share information
We share your information only in these limited cases:
- With the telecommunications and messaging providers that transmit our text messages, solely to deliver them to you.
- When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We never sell or rent your personal information.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect this information, and we keep it only as long as needed for the business purposes for which it was collected.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@shmanagement.net.
